Assistant Mechanical Engineering Manager (PRC Based, 45 minutes from ShenZhen)

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years+ experiences of electronic product manufacturing, with 2 years at supervisory level
• Familiar with ISO9000 and IATF 16949
• Proficient with 2D and 3D drawing’s software.
• Good knowledge in mechanical design of electronic products and regulatory approvals.
• Familiar with plastic injection, metal stamping and related tooling design.
• Experience with project management skills, PPAP and Process Validation.
• Aggressive, self-motivated and work independently.
• Able to communicate with overseas customers independently.
• Fluent in English & Chinese (including Mandarin).

Responsibilities:

• Handle OEM/ODM projects development and project transfer.
• Review on engineering documents. e.g. sample approval and ECO..etc
• Conduct development schedule, NPI and transfer from design to production.
• Trouble-shooting, advice on cost, quality improvement and production efficiency

• To lead projects with a team of engineers and work with internal departments
