Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all marketing initiatives, from planning to execution, and not limited to liaising and co-coordinating with both internal and external parties for the preparation, development and delivery of marketing materials or campaigns.

Support in the compilation of yearly marketing plan in accordance with the corporate direction and business strategies and to promote corporate brand, products and services.

Supervise and coach marketing executive on daily execution on marketing tasks and projects.

Plan, facilitate and monitor both online and offline events with the capability to make quick decisions and supervise multiple parties when the events are on-going.

Design and develop, or give guidance on the creation of marketing communications materials, including branding visuals, videos, advertisement, digital brochures, exhibition booth design or banners, etc.

Oversee and ensure quality of all formal marketing correspondence with customers, business partners and external business entities.

Soley in charge of written contents and professional copywriting for multiple channels including, but not limited to, company’s corporate website, social media, press release, media features, product brochures, executive speeches, video scripts, etc.

Act as the gatekeeper of all marketing materials and application of corporate branding to ensure quality is meeting standard at delivery.
Job Requirements:

University degree in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent
-
At least 5 years of all rounded experience specializes in B2B marketing, and hands-on in marketing plan compilation, marketing communications, event management, advertising, content creation etc.

Well-versed in both English and Chinese copywriting is a must.

Be tech-savvy and proficient in various digital tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, video editing and generative platforms, etc.

Strong commercial sense and understand the importance of customer centricity.

Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills, a people-person who is willing to listen to opinions with an open-mind.

Fluency in speaking English, both Cantonese and Putonghua at a business level is required.

Priority would be given to candidates who come from a technical in-house corporate background and are familiar with collaborating with international and professional clients or partners.
