Our client, one of the sizable developers, is looking for an Assistant Leasing Manager to join a well-established team for their retail portfolio

About the job

• Leasing:Drive leasing activities to ensure the portfolio attract and retain high-quality tenant
  
  

• Tenant Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention.
  
  

• Market Research: Conduct market research, data analysis, and compile reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  
  

• Database Management: Review and maintain an up-to-date tenant database for efficient portfolio management.
  
  

• Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenant fit-outs, and refurbishment/revamping projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail leasing. Less experience will be considered as a Senior Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
