What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
• Handle day-to-day HR administration: attendance, payroll, MPF, leave, and tax filing.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and orientation.
• Maintain and manage our HRIS, including staff records, leave tracking, and system workflows; support system enhancements.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with employment regulations.
• Oversee all aspects of office administration and procurement: supplies, insurance, maintenance, vendor coordination.

• Provide support on ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR and administration experience, preferably in a standalone role.
• Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance; familiarity with PRC labor laws is a plus.
• Strong communication, with a willingness to collaborate and maintain positive working relationships.
• Highly responsible, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with a systematic approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
