Assistant Graphic Designer (Ref: 10425)

We are looking for high calibre candidates to fill the following position:

Assistant Graphic Designer

(Ref: 10425)

Job Duties:

• Provide quality design for printed and digital artworks for marketing and reports;
• Manage design projects from concepts, present design ideas for internal review to production;
• Support execution of graphic design related issues from initial briefings to final sign off;
• Responsible for preparing printed filers, brochures, organization charts, tags, stands, presentation and other marketing materials;
• Assist to prepare visual effects and video editing;
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor;
• Physically support any company events i.e. Annual Dinner, Wellness Workshops, Festive Celebration etc.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Graphic / Multimedia Design or related fields, with 2 years or more relevant working experience;
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, PowerPoint and MS Office;
• Familiar with social media and multimedia preferred;
• Knowledge of Photography / Video Shooting is a plus;
• A fast learner, highly-organized team player with ability to multi-task independently under tight schedules;
• Detail-minded with communication and problem solving skills;
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
