Assistant General Manager, Asset Management - Commercial real estate

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager, Asset Management to join a leading company in the Real Estate & Property industry. This role is pivotal in driving the performance and value of a high-profile commercial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and budgeting.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize asset value and returns, including asset enhancement initiatives.

• Deliver regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team to ensure operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in commercial property asset management, preferably within a real estate investment or development firm.

• In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong commercial property market.

• A proven track record in driving operational improvements and executing value-add strategies.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
