Duties and Responsibilities

  1. provide counter services and perform fee collection duties;
  2. handle student inquiries;
  3. prepare billings and implement fee collection procedures;
  4. update accounts receivable records in the accounting system;
  5. maintain document filing;
  6. supervise part-time executive assistants;
  7. provide administrative support to colleagues in the Finance Office; and
  8. perform any other duties as assigned by his/her supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  1. possess a higher diploma or associate degree or above with some working experience;be customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills and language proficiency;
  2. be patient and be able to work under pressure;
  3. be good at figures and familiar with Microsoft Office software applications (Word and Excel);
  4. be a good team member, have a strong sense of responsibility and be able to work on multi-tasking and;
  5. candidates with less experience would also be considered.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
