Assistant eCommerce Manager (Ref : 240478)

Duties

• Develop and implement eCommerce strategies and initiatives to drive online sales growth and achieve revenue targets
• Drive ticket sales through online portals and OTAs through building strategic relationship and launching tactical online promotions
• Support to manage and optimize Ngong Ping 360 PRC eCommerce platforms, including but not limited to WeChat, TMall, Douyin and Xiaohongshu
• Monitor website analytics and KPIs, such as conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the online shopping experience
• Monitor the market trend and eCommerce development in the PRC and overseas market and respond in a timely manner

Requirements

• Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; Mandarin would be a definite advantage
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
