Assistant Buyer (Product)

About the role:

• Assist the buying team in executing buying activities: including market research, sales analysis, order master preparation, merchandise report preparation, assortment selection.
• Assist the buying team in handling merchandise & non merchandise delivery, seasonal price update.
• Closely communicate with vendor for merchanding related issue, incentive plan, marketing calendar.
• Closely communicate with internal departments: Operation, marketing, VM, Ecom & logistic.
• Prepare and provide seasonal merchandising strategy training to store.
• Support buying team in market trip preparation.
• Manage the seasonal product book and product map for each category.
• Support team on ad hoc projects.

You are the perfect one if you are/have:

• Degree holder or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years working experience in fashion buying
• Independent, able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS word and Excel
