Assistant Building Services Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Coordination with sub-contractors for work sequence, installation programme, interfacing details and builder's work requirement;

• Monitor the progress and quality of E&M submission;

• Coordinate with clients, architect, consultant, sub-contractors, utilities undertakers, government departments on issues related to building services;

• Monitor the site progress, workmanship for E&M installation;

• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

• At least 3 years of relevant site working experience;

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
