Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain Data center Management Platform.
- Demand Management: Work closely with data center operation team and other teams to collect and analyze business requirements, prioritize product features, and draft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensure high alignment between functionalities and business needs.
- Monitor the performance of systems and make improvements when needed.
- Work closely with external and internal parties, engineering team, operation and support team to develop new product features on existing system.
- Communicate and manage vendors to deliver the requested platform functions.
- Leverage big data, AI intelligence, and BI data visualization technologies to enhance departmental operational management and decision-making efficiency.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as required and other company routine tasks.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in data center DCIM system or other equivalent monitoring platform development.
- 3 years of experience of programming and vendor management/communication.
- AI, big data and IoT system architecture and programming knowledge essential.
- Experience in data center operation and management will be a plus.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent teamwork spirit, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure.
- Good writing skills in English and Chinese; Fluent in Putonghua is definitely an advantage.
