Who We Are Looking For:

·         Excellent Educators: Passionate and dedicated teachers committed to inspiring and shaping the next generation of leaders through innovative learning and teaching practices and student engagement. We are also seeking educators who have solid experience in developing programs that meet the standards and requirements for accreditation by the HKCAAVQ.

·         Impactful Researchers: Accomplished scholars with a proven track record of research excellence, including high-impact publications in indexed journals and successful acquisition of research grants. We are seeking individuals capable of establishing and leading dynamic research programs that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and elevate our institution’s academic standing.

Additionally, we welcome applications from young, ambitious PhD holders who can demonstrate strong research potential, innovative ideas, and a proactive approach to developing their scholarly careers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A doctoral degree in a relevant field.

• A proven record of, or demonstrable potential for, excellence in learning & teaching and research appropriate to the academic rank (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor).

• A strong commitment to academic leadership, curriculum and program development, and active participation in institutional service.

• The successful candidate with relevant experience may be considered for a concurrent appointment as Department Head or senior academic management position, reflecting leadership capabilities and a commitment to advancing the strategic goals of the institution.

• Fresh PhD graduate is welcome.
