Job Responsibilities
Assist Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations and monitor performance of retail shops to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer service.
Enhance and implement Standard Operations Procedures and Company Policies.
Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and shop team performance.
Assist HQ maintaining high-level VM standard, including ordering the related materials & align the plannings.
Coordinate with relevant departments, IT ,construction, etc. to ensure that the shops are properly and sufficiently operated at all times.
Maintain and set an example of excellent internal and external customer service.
Resolve customer issues in an efficient and quick manner.
Ensure documentation is completed and submitted to finance on a timely basis (expense reports, credit card statements etc.).
Ensure Store-in-chargers have corrected tools and training to manage inventory levels properly.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 year's retail experience with at least 5 year's Operations Management in retail managerial capacity.
Leadership, training, public speaking experience is required.
Specialty store management background a plus.
Candidates from Luxury/Arts/Toys/Entertainment preferred.
Ability to resolve employee conflicts and to function in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication, leadership, training and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, well-organized and good communication skills.
Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with retail dynamics.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
