About the Role

The Fund Operations Team is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented associate to help scale our business and support our exponential growth. You will be part of the team working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient and smooth operational flow of our various transactions.

What you need to do

• Process trades and settlements with a high level of accuracy, monitor corporate actions, liaise with banks/service providers
• Maintain a full set of financial and statutory accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Resolve discrepancies and reconciliation accounts
• Responsible for compliance and regulatory matters, including customer due diligence (CDD), calculation of Net Asset Value of different sub-accounts
• Apply collateral & transaction risk management policies and guidelines to screen and vet transactions to ensure all assets on-boarding comply with internal policies and product parameters, as well as the regulatory requirements (e.g. sanction or AML).
• Apply collateral & transaction risk management concepts and knowledge to check against data and documents obtained from 3rd parties or submitted by clients to screen out potential risks, particularly fraudulent transactions and disputes.
• Support senior management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What you need to have

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline or equivalent professional certification is a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Fresh graduates with a great attitude are welcome to apply
