Air Freight Operation Clerk

Responsible:

·         Handle and prepare full set of documents

·         Issue invoice to customers, agents, Co loaders

·         Check and monitor the cargo status

·         Co-ordinate with all related parties for shipment

·         Update data to ERP system ( Cargowise)

·

Requirements:

·         1- 2 years' experience in air freight forwarder

·         Basic English and fluent Chinese (including Cantonese )

·         Independent, Positive and able to work under pressure

·         Detail oriented and be a team player

·         Prior experience in Cargowise is a definite advantage

·         DSE or higher
