职位描述

Responsibilities
-Preparation of quotations & interaction with oversea agents;
-Knowledge in Dangerous goods is a must;
-Handle daily booking with shipper and communicate with overseas branches/agents;
-Coordinate with overseas agents regarding cargo status of outbound air shipment;
-Provide back-up support to teammates;
 

Requirements
-Form 6 or above;
-Minimum 5-year relevant working experience in airfreight forwarding industry is preferred;
-Proficiency of spoken and written English & Mandarin;
-Good customer servicing skills, patient and proactive;
-Willing to learn & work under pressure.
