🔑 Your Founding Team Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Leadership & Instruction:

• Startup Curriculum Development: Work closely with the core team to develop, test, and refine the foundational AI training curricula across all segments, ensuring alignment with market demand and the joint venture's vision.
  
  

• Deliver AI Training: Conduct hands-on, highly effective AI training sessions for three critical segments:

  • Kids (AI Literacy): Focus on foundational AI, critical thinking, and safe use of generative AI tools.

  • Adults (AI for Professionals): Focus on practical AI applications (Gen AI, automation, data tools) to enhance productivity.

  • Corporates (Custom Solutions): Deliver tailored AI upskilling workshops based on specific enterprise needs.
    
    

• Establish Standards: Help define and maintain the high quality and practical relevance of all training, setting the initial benchmark for educational excellence in this new business.

2. Ecosystem Integration & Proof of Concept:

• Content Innovation: Actively integrate PressLogic's industry insights (media, content, marketing) and real-world case studies into the curriculum, making the lessons highly practical and industry-current.
  
  

• Testing & Iteration: Take ownership of pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects, providing critical feedback to rapidly iterate and improve both content and delivery methods in true startup fashion.
  
  

• Brand Advocacy: Serve as an early brand advocate, representing the AI Education Initiative in public and contributing to content that showcases the business's expertise.

3. Operational Build-Out:

• Process Creation: Contribute to establishing essential early-stage processes, from student onboarding and feedback loops to material distribution and scheduling optimization.
  
  

• Support Business Development: Conduct compelling demo classes and presentations to support the sales efforts, acting as the subject matter expert who closes the deal.

💡 What We Need from Our Founding AI Tutors:

• Startup Mentality: High energy, comfort with ambiguity, a strong sense of urgency, and the willingness to take on tasks outside the core job description to ensure the business's success.
  
  

• AI Expertise (Minimum 2+ Years): Proven practical, hands-on experience and a strong grasp of Generative AI, Data Analytics, and relevant AI tools.
  
  

• Teaching/Training Experience: 1+ year of experience in teaching, corporate training, or presenting technical content to diverse audiences (Kids, Adults, or Corporates). Experience across multiple segments is a strong asset.
  
  

• Communication & Cultural Fit: Fluent English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus). Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills needed to collaborate effectively with two partner organizations.
  
  

• Education Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Education, or a related field.
