Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing full spectrum of general office administration and operation
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal parties to ensure smooth business operation
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to all department
  • Perform general office administration duties, including office equipment repair and maintenance, stationery control and couriers handling etc.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability of necessary items
  • Liaise with relevant vendors, contractors, and other service providers
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience with medical industries would be an advantage but not essential
  • At least 3-5 years of previous experience in office management
  • Good time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail
  • Patient, responsible, independent, efficient, polite, and friendly
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Good in MS Office
  • Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
