Responsibilities
Perform full spectrum of administrative duties including but not limited to office management, insurance, facility management, procurement etc.
Assist in project documentation and procurement, preparation of correspondences and reports
Ad hoc task assigned by manager
Requirements
Positive attitude, good team work ethic, highly responsibility and able to work under pressure
Able to handle multi-tasks
Strong in documentation. Good knowledge in MS office
Related experience is a plus
Immediately available is a plus
Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered as Senior Administrative Officer.
