Job Description

Carmel School is a leading international IB Continuum World School accredited to offer the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP).  Carmel School is also accredited by WASC.

We are looking for a highly calibre talent to join our Elementary School campus as below:

Administrative Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform day to day school administrative and logistics support to the School efficiently and effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.

  • Minimum two years’ working experience in office administration and/or event coordination / admissions / student service (working experience in School or educational field is an advantage)

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. Word, Excel, etc.
