Responsibilities:
- Manage travel arrangement, hotel accommodation for senior executives and associates who required for business travel
- Liaise corporate fares with hotel and airlines
- Organize company events or conferences
- Organize for company renovations
- Monitor the mailing supplies, equipment repair, office machines and systems, and problem-solve issue as needed (including postage, copiers, conference room scheduling).
- Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary office supplies
- Supervise and monitoring the work of administrative team
- Manage office budgets
- Liaise with suppliers and property management
- Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in an administrative role.
- Superior organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Solid financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Able to effectively negotiate with external/internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
