Administrative Manager/Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager/Assistant to join the dynamic team at FLOW E-COMMERCE LIMITED, a leading e-commerce company. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management and the wider team
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Maintaining and organising office systems, records, and databases
• Handling various administrative tasks, such as document preparation, filing, and data entry
• Assisting with the implementation of office policies and procedures
• Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the execution of special projects and events as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
