Job Responsibilities:
- Major responsible for the maintenance & repair orders & calls, repaired work, record completed;
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders and delivery notes; Communicate and co-ordinate with suppliers over Hong Kong, China, and Oversea, logistics arrangements and other clerical works;
- Assist the general engineering clerical administrative work, including project schedule, data entry and documentation works; Perform ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE / Diploma or above (Fresh graduates will also be considered);
- 2 years or above of relevant experiences in maintenance & repair administration works;
- Monitoring & handling maintenance & repair orders call during Saturday;
- Good communication skills and able to maintain good relationships with internal parties and suppliers;
- Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin;
- Flexibility, Positive, Proactive and Multi-tasking abilities;
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office, including MS Word with English & Chinese typing, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint;
- Hard working, independent, detail-minded, self-motivating, strong sense of responsibility, passionate & a good team player;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Working Hour:
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday Rotating Shifts 9am to 1pm
