Job Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying and answering phone calls
- Maintaining and updating electronic and physical records and databases
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and requests
- Supporting the implementation of office procedures and systems
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly manner
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work
- A team-player with the ability to work independently as needed
