职位描述

  • Provide administrative/Operational support to Sales Team
  • Contact with vendors through email and phone call for purchase order and logistic arrangement
  • Responsible for general administrative and clerical duties
  • To perform some outdoor works (cheque bank-in and posting in need)
  • Carry assignment works of the supervisor


Job Requirements:
 

  • Diploma or aboove
  • 2 years of relevant working experience in Administrative would be an advantage.
  • Good computer skills in Ms Work, Excel etc.
  • Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Multi-tasking, detailed minded and good team spirit
  • 5.5 working days per week
