Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of daily office administrative operations, including:
  • Greeting guests and handling incoming calls and emails
  • Managing courier services and procurement of office supplies/stationery
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate filing record for company documents and payment records
  • Verify invoices and ensure alignment with office expenses
  • Assist in office contract renewals and documentation.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments and external vendors
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in administration or secretarial work is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask independently
  • Fluent in English, Chinese, and Mandarin;
  • Immediate availability preferred
