Responsibilities:
-
Provide full spectrum of corporate and office administration duties, such as data input, filing and clerical works,office equipment maintenance, shop renovation &relocation, facility management and repair coordination.

Handle daily accounting operations and maintain proper accounting records.

Assist and represent the director in external liaison & corporate activities.
-
Manages all staff and cooperate with the team. Handle and monitor the attendance system for all staff.

Assist in various projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-
Diploma holder or above
-
At least 1 years’ experience in administrative work
-
Self-motivated, proactive, well-organized,detail-minded, and independent with strong interpersonal skills
-
Good management and coaching skills
-
Able to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
-
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel,PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
-
Excellence skills in communication and team management
-
POS system working experience is highly preferred
