Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of administrative and office duties.
  • Provide secretarial support directly to Managing Director.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned support for the company.
  • Preparing agendas and taking minutes for meetings where needed in both English and Chinese.
  • Handle correspondence independently and reporting to senior management.
  • Number sensitive will be an advantage.
  • Overseeing office staff work progress and follow up.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 5 years of relevant general office experience in real estate/ property management industry in specific prior experience from building owners' side will be considered first.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel and Chinese Word Processing is a must.
  • Ability on analysing documents and composing correspondences in Chinese is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, hands-on, proactive detailed minded, organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Immediate availability is a must.
  • Strong communications, stakeholders, interpersonal skills are essential. Supervisory experience may be required.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Admin Manager.
