职位描述

  • Provide general office administrative work and clerical support;
  • Assist in sourcing and liaising with vendors for the procurement of office supplies;
  • Responsible for HR support including payrolls, MPF, yearly tax reporting, C&B, Recruitment, and Employee Relations etc..
  • Participate in recruitment and termination process, including interview arrangement, preparation of employment contracts, onboarding and exit formalities etc..
  • Compiling and updating employee records and HR documentation;
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks if necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Graduates from human resources-related majors are preferred.
  • Have more than 3 years of study, life, or work experience in Hong Kong;
  • Good command of Mandarin and English;
  • Work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines;
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
