职位描述
- Provide general office administrative work and clerical support;
- Assist in sourcing and liaising with vendors for the procurement of office supplies;
- Responsible for HR support including payrolls, MPF, yearly tax reporting, C&B, Recruitment, and Employee Relations etc..
- Participate in recruitment and termination process, including interview arrangement, preparation of employment contracts, onboarding and exit formalities etc..
- Compiling and updating employee records and HR documentation;
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks if necessary.
Job Requirements
- Graduates from human resources-related majors are preferred.
- Have more than 3 years of study, life, or work experience in Hong Kong;
- Good command of Mandarin and English;
- Work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
