Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general duties of Office Admin, HR & Accounting support
- Supporting daily office operation
- Provide accounting metrics, set payment schedule, suggest budget plan.
- Providing administrative supports to the office, including supply management, and other office administrative duties
- Responsible for all-round HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employees relation, etc.
- Maintain and update the employee record and filing systems
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above, degree holder preferred
- Preferred 2-3 years experience in HR & Accounting field
- Good knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Strong problem solving skill, can work independently, detail-oriented and well-organised
- Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
