T.C.L. Industries Holdings (H.K.) Limited, a subsidiary company of TCL Group, is an executive entity for overseas capital operations and investment management. In line with the rapid development of our business needs, we invite suitable candidate to join as the following position:

Responsibilities:

1.General Administration:

  • Perform receptionist duties include handling phone calls, keeping records, greeting visitors in professional manner;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails, parcels and courier documents properly and timely;
  • Coordinate transportation/accommodation/restaurant for visitors;
  • Ensure the tidiness of the reception area; maintain office environment to ensure a smooth running of operations and facilities;
  • Maintain and monitor fixed asset records and office supplies inventories;
  • Manage expense reimbursements, invoice collection, and other financial matters

2.Conference Room Service and Management:

  • Assist in setting-up conference rooms for meetings, seminars and other clients related functions;
  • Prepare meeting materials, PowerPoint presentations;
  • Assist in conducting meetings, such as hosting and taking minutes
  • Ensure the tidiness of the meeting rooms;

3.Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate for office equipment repair and maintenance;
  • Manage admin vendors, including evaluation, contract reviewing;

4.HR support:

  • Support planning & organizing company events and activities;
  • Travel arrangement (Flight, hotel accommodation, visas etc.) and prepare itinerary materials;

5.Ad Hoc Tasks:

    Support cross-departmental projects and ad-hoc duties as required


Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience solid in reception and administration support, preferably gained in sizeable Chinese companies
  • Good command in of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent customer services attitude and professional telephone manner
  • Be presentable and confident in customer facing role
  • Be punctual, independent, pleasant and helpful character
  • Self-motivated, reliable character is needed
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
