Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Group Admin General Manager
- Handle Full set of accounts, financial records for multi companies of the group.
- Perform routine accounting functions including balance sheets, profit and loss statements (P&L), cash flow statements, etc.
- Processing invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Collaborating with auditors, providing and preparing relevant information and management account.
- Responsible for the preparation of various management reports, including: budget-actual analysis, sales reports, inventory reports, cash flow forecasts, etc.
- Participate in daily office administrative support to ensure smooth office operation.
- Maintaining stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
- Perform assigned ad hoc tasks
Qualification
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder or equivalent in Accountancy,
Languages & PC Skill
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin, written English and Chinese
- Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing & Accounting system (Peachtree is preferred)
Work Experience
- 5+ years admin and accounting experience
Ability
- Good attitude and personality, proactive, responsible, well organized, detail oriented, able to work independently and good interpersonal skills
