职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping, processing invoices, recording payments and tracking expenses and assist in preparing monthly analysis reports.
  • Perform full set of accounts independently, including payable, receivable, accounting entries, client settlement, monthly closing, etc.
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, payments and reports.
  • Support month-end closing, including bank reconciliation,
  • Provide support for year-end audit
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned
  • Assistance with the transition to the new ERP system.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the retail industry (Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Accountant)
  • Good PC skills in Excel & Accounting software (knowledge of Sage System is a plus but not a must)
  • Experience in Cloud ERP system (i.e. NetSuite, Odoo) implementation is preferred.
  • Well-organized, good communication, problem-solving, detail-minded analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Immediately available will be an advantage
