Job Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping, processing invoices, recording payments and tracking expenses and assist in preparing monthly analysis reports.
- Perform full set of accounts independently, including payable, receivable, accounting entries, client settlement, monthly closing, etc.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, payments and reports.
- Support month-end closing, including bank reconciliation,
- Provide support for year-end audit
- Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned
- Assistance with the transition to the new ERP system.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the retail industry (Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Accountant)
- Good PC skills in Excel & Accounting software (knowledge of Sage System is a plus but not a must)
- Experience in Cloud ERP system (i.e. NetSuite, Odoo) implementation is preferred.
- Well-organized, good communication, problem-solving, detail-minded analytical skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Immediately available will be an advantage
