职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operation and full set of accounts independently
  • Handle AR, AP, prepare vouchers
  • Prepare bank payments, expenses and expenses claims, etc.
  • Handle bank reconciliation
  • Responsible for monthly balance sheet schedules, and month-end closing activities
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments and duties as required
     

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines or above
  • At least 4 years working experience, preferable in medical industry
  • Responsible, willing to learn, detail minded and hardworking with ability to handle multi-task
  • Good computer skills in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
