Job responsibilities:
• Perform daily settlements in the system, including cheque processing and internet banking;
• Maintain and update members’ data in system;
• Provide administrative support to the team;
• Assist in sending out receipts and debit notes; and
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
• Higher diploma holder with at least 3 years of work experience in accounting
• Experience in using membership systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Familiar with MS Office including Word and Excel;
• Ability to successfully multitask while working independently and responsibly;
• Detail-minded , well organized, mature, positive and flexible team player; and
• Immediate available is preferred
Working Hours:
• 8 hours per day, 9:00 – 18:00 (including 1-hour lunch time).
• Required to work at least 3 days per week.
• Additional days may be required during peak seasons.
