公司業務覆蓋東南亞和大中華區域,在能源投資于運營、大宗貿易等領域深耕20餘年,目前在香港、新加坡、北京等均設有辦公室。現因業務發展,誠聘香港辦公室行政助理,協助處理香港辦公室日常行政事務。
【崗位職責】
- 負責公司日常行政管理工作,包括排程、會議協調、文檔整理、出行安排等;
- 協助總經理處理日常事務及私人助理工作;
- 協調公司內部溝通、外部聯絡及客戶接待;
- 協助組織及安排商務活動、會議及出差行程;
- 其他上級交辦的事務性工作。
【任職要求】
- 至少兩年或以上相關工作經驗;
- 中英文聽說讀寫流利,具備良好的商務溝通能力;
- 精通常用辦公軟體(如Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook等);
- 能適應每月10天或以上的出差安排;
- 具備良好的職業素養、細緻有條理、責任心強;
- 本科以上學歷。
- 限香港護照。

Assistant to CEO
We have been deeply engaged in the fields of energy investment and operations, as well as bulk commodity trading, for over 20 years, with business coverage across Southeast Asia and the Greater China region. The company currently has offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Beijing.Due to business expansion, we are now seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Hong Kong office to support daily administrative operations.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Handle general administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, document handling, and travel arrangements;
- Provide personal support to the CEO on daily and ad hoc tasks;
- Coordinate internal communications and external contacts;
- Assist in organizing business trips, meetings, and events;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
【Requirements】
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Willing and able to travel at least 10 days per month;
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, with a high sense of responsibility;
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Hong Kong citizen Only.
