職責:

  • 負責外勤工作
  • 接待處款客
  • 準備茶水、水果及客人款待等工作
  • 保持會議室及茶水間整潔
  • 履行上司所委派的其他工作
  • 處理一般公室雜務

入職要求:

  • 小學程度
  • 兩年或以上相關經驗
  • 態度誠實有禮,勤奮主動,有責任感
  • 能夠獨立工作
  • 5天工作,上班時間 8:45am–6:15pm
  • 工作地點 : 灣仔

Responsibilities

  • Handle outdoor duties
  • Reception area duties
  • Greet and serve visitors and guests
  • Clean the meeting room and pantry
  • Support office administration duties
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Primary school or above
  • With 2 years or above related working experience
  • Polite, hardworking and responsible
  • Able to work independent
  • Mon to Fri: 8:45am-6:15pm
  • Working location: Wan Chai
