职位描述

工作職責:

  • 處理一般文書工作,例如資料輸入、存檔、報價;

  • 依照程序及時且準確地完成;

  • 協助部門之日常運作;

  • 執行主管所安排的相關工作;

  • 如有需要處理接待工作;

工作要求:

  • 香港中學文憑或以上學歷程度;

  • 懂得中、英文打字;

  • 勤奮、細心、具責任感及團體精神;

  • 經驗不拘;

  • 能即時上班優先

上班時間: 星期一至星期五 早上8時30分至下午5時30分 及 星期六 早上8時30分至下午12時30分;
地點: 葵興大連排道(鄰近港鐵站)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing documents, and drafting quotations as required by the department.

  • Complete all assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.

  • Assist in the daily operations of the department by supporting team members and contributing to workflow efficiency.

  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

  • Serve as a back-up receptionist when needed, managing front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.

Job Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE equivalent or above

  • Good in Chinese and English typing

  • Diligent, detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player

  • Welcome fresh graduate

  • Immediate availability is preferred

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Location: Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Hing (near the MTR station)
