投資者關係高級經理/經理 Senior Manager / Manager - Investor Relations

職責摘要

• 撰寫並發佈半年度及全年度度財報、投資者簡報及業績演示材料，協調投資者會議、電話簡報及路演活動
• 熟悉股票及債券投資人背景及不同投資偏好，建立並維護與機構投資人、分析師及財經媒體的日常溝通，及時回應市場關注
• 進行資本市場與地產行業研究，包括市場趨勢、同業表現、股價與股東結構分析，並向管理層提供洞察與建議
• 研究同業債務重組方案及實施過程，形成分析報告以支持管理層決策
• 維護與更新投資者資料庫及問答知識庫，確保資訊的準確性和可獲取性
• 制定與執行投資者關係戰略，提升公司在資本市場的能見度與投資人互動

任職要求

• 本科或以上學歷，主修金融、會計、經濟、工商管理或相關領域
• 至少8-10年 IR、資本市場、融資或企業財務經驗，具香港上市公司或地產開發商（香港／國內）背景者尤佳，其中至少3年或以上具備經理級或以上的職位經驗
• 熟悉香港上市規範（如港交所披露要求），具備法規合規意識及財報撰寫經驗
• 優異的中英文表達能力（普通話及英語需流利）出色的財務分析能力，能解讀財報與市場資料並形成洞察報告
• 專業形象佳，具備卓越的人際溝通與談判技巧，能有效建立並維護投資人及管理層關係
• 主動積極，具高度責任感與抗壓能力，能靈活應對挑戰與變化

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and release semi-annual and annual financial reports, investor presentations and performance materials; coordinate investor meetings, conference calls, and roadshows
• Well-versed in the backgrounds and diverse investment preferences of equity and bond investors; build and maintain regular communications with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media to promptly address market concerns
• Conduct research on capital markets and real estate industry trends, peer performance, shareholding structures and investor sentiment; provide insights and recommendations to management
• Analyze refinancing and debt restructuring solutions within the industry, and produce analytical reports to support management decision-making
• Maintain and update the investor database and Q&A repositories to ensure information accuracy and accessibility
• Develop and implement investor relations strategies to strengthen market visibility and investor engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• 8-10 years of experience in IR, capital markets, fundraising or corporate finance, with prior exposure to Hong Kong-listed companies or real estate (HK/PRC) sector highly desirable; at least 3 years of this experience should be in a managerial grade or above
• Strong knowledge of HKEX disclosure rules and compliance requirements, with demonstrated reporting capability
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English, with fluency in both Mandarin and English required
• Strong financial analytics skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and generate actionable insights
• Professional presence with outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of engaging senior investors and executives
• Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability
