职位描述
工作職責：
- 負責辦公室、貨倉或集團旗下物業單位的維修、保養、定期檢查、翻新及其他工程雜務
- 維護機電系統、水喉及其他物業設備，處理緊急故障維修工作
- 協助處理辦公室雜務及部門指派的其他工作
- 處理內部和外部的文件傳遞／收集，需外勤工作送／收文件，銀行入數等事宜
- 管理維修工程工具的倉存紀錄
職位要求：
- 中學畢業或以上學歷
- 至少兩年或以上商業樓宇設施、中央冷氣及機電維修保養經驗
- 持有有效的建造業平安咭及A類別註冊電業工程人員執照
- 懂基本電腦文書操作
- 基本英文、精通廣東話，能熟練閱讀和書寫中文
- 具備責任感、良好的溝通能力及團隊合作精神
工作時間及地點：
- 工作時間：星期一至星期五 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 工作地點：一般工作地點位於牛頭角，視乎工作安排需要外勤
