Beat egg yolks lightly, then add in 30g of sugar a little at a time and beat well.
Fold in sifted flour, and stir well until a smooth paste forms.
Add in a few drops of vanilla essence.
Beat egg whites in a clean, dry bowl until fluffy. Add in the remaining 20g of sugar and beat until peaks form. Fold into the other bowl of mixture.
Fill a few heat proof ramekins (or use ceramic cups) with paste.(Fill only up to 80 % of cup). Bake in 200C oven for about 10 minutes. Dust top with a little icing sugar and serve immediately.
