1. Beat egg yolks well, then add in sugar and cornstarch;using electric beater,beat mixture until creamy white.
2. Heat milk over low heat till it reaches 60C.Pour milk into egg mixture and combine well.
3. Pour mixture through strainer, and heat over medium heat,stirring with wooden spoon constantly.
4. Place mixture in a large mixing bowl,stir in cream and vanilla essence. Stir until well combined. Place in freezer til set.
