Although people usually call this Western Fried rice, I doubt very much how many restaurants actually have this dish on offer! But nonetheless, this is a very tasty way to make fried rice, and i'm sure its especially popular with children because of its tomato sauce base.

Ingredient and Portion
plain rice 2 bowls (leftover rice prefferred)
tomatoes 2-3 pcs
onion 1/2pc
ham few pieces
bacon few pieces
assorted veggies--
(corn,peas and carrots) 1/2cup
Seasoning
tomato ketchup 2tbsp
sugar 1tsp
salt,light soya sauce
Method
Heat oil in wok, fry onions,bacon and ham.
Add in rice and assorted vegetables and stir well.Set aside.
Cut tomatoes into cubes,and fry them in pan,adding in the sugar and ketchup. Cook for a while until it becomes a tomato sauce. Add in the fried rice and stir well, until all the rice is evenly covered with tomato sauce.
Tips
Choose ripe tomatoes for this recipe.
