This dish is served almost in all dinners during the period of Chinese New Year. People like to eat this because the chinese pronounciation of black moss sounds like "getting rich". A nutritous and healthy dish as an option to othe rich and heavy dishes during the festive season.
Ingredient and Portion

conpoy 20g
black mushroom 160g
black moss 20g
dried oysters 120g


Seasoning

Seasonings :
oyster sauce 2t bsp
light soy sauce 1/2 tsp
dark soy sauce 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
salt a little
wine a little
brown sugar 1/2 piece
water some

Marinades :
oil 1 tbsp
sugar 1/4 tsp
Method

Soak black moss in water mixed with oil until soft.
Also soak black mushrooms in water until tender, then mix with marinade and let it aside for 10 mintues.
Soak conpoys and dried oysters in water until tender.
Put seasonings into the pot then add in the above ingredients. Heat until boil.
Then continue boiling for 2 hours. Serve.
