This soup is quick to prepare, yet tasty as the flavour of the salted fish has a very appealing fragrant.

head of salted fish 1 pc
beancurd 4 pcs
ginger 1 slice
Method
Wash all ingredients. Remove skin from ginger and then slice.
Cut fish head into two halves, and pan fry in a little oil until golden brown.
Bring some water to the boil put in fish head and ginger slices and boil over high heat for 5 minutes. Then add in beancurd and boil for around 20 minutes and serve.
