wash chives, then remove stalk parts.
Poach chives in boiling water until done, then take out and run in cold water until cooled.
Cut chives into desired lengths and place in plate.
Sprinkle on top bonito flakes and pour some soya sauce on top. Serve.
The same seasonig is also good for other vegetabels such as water spinach, aspapragus, choi sum, etc.
