Ingredient and Portion
白米1碗
磨菇(切片)1/2罐
白菜(切碎)160g
清雞湯 1罐
Method
1. 燒熱清雞湯半罐,略煮白菜及磨菇,以適量鹽作調味
2. 另一半雞湯加水煮飯,飯滾加入白菜、磨菇,煮至白飯熟透即成
