Although garlic bread is often regarded as a side dish, yet it is actually many people's favourite too! To make fresh, crusty garlic bread is not hard at all! Make it at home and enjoy it when fresh and warm!

Ingredient and Portion
French baguette 1 pc
1 piece of garlic
Seasoning
For garlic paste:
olive oil 1tbsp
some salt
some black pepper

To put on the bread:
some olive oil
rosemary leaves
some salt and pepper

Method
Preheat oven to 350F ( 175C)
Seperate garlic cloves. Leave skin on.
Cut french bread into desired thickness. Slightly chop rosemary.
Combine garlic cloves with ingredients for the paste. Place on baking pan and put in oven for 30 minutes. Bake until garlic cloves soften, the remove from oven. Crush soft garlic with back of knife.
Toast french bread in oven until one side is slightly brown. On the other side, spread some olive oil, sprinkle some roaseamry leaves and some salt and pepper and toast until golden brown.
Place garlic paste on prepared french bread and serve.
