淡忌廉 36克
蘭姆酒(Rum) 10克
糖霜(Icing Sugar) 適量
可可粉 適量
Method
1. 將朱古力放入微波爐加熱,每次約15秒,攪拌至完全溶化。
2. 一邊攪拌一邊加入淡忌廉,然後加入蘭姆酒拌勻。
3. 將忌廉朱古力餡料放入唧袋,在牛油紙上隨意唧出朱古力粒。
4. 在朱古力表面輕輕灑上糖霜或可可粉即成。
