以下材料可製作6吋批
批皮材料:
牛油 60g
麵粉 150g
蛋黃 2 隻
鮮奶 1 湯匙
忌廉 大半湯匙 (如不用忌廉, 可以改為全部用鮮奶)
鹽 1 茶匙
餡料 (1) :
雞柳 / 蘑菇 適量
餡料 (2) :
鮮奶 隨量
雞蛋 2 隻 (打勻並加鹽)
芝士碎 (灑上批面)
Method
1. 將所有批皮材料攪勻成團,放入雪櫃半小時以上待用
2. 預備6吋批盤灑上少許麵粉, 將批皮薄放於盤內
3. 先將批皮放入已預熱180度的焗爐內焗10分鐘至金黃
4. 取出,加入已煮熟餡料(1)及餡料(2)
5. 再次放入焗爐烤焗 15-20 分鐘
